Product Introduction:
A swing check valve is a type of valve in which the opening and closing components rely on the flow and force of the medium to open or close on their own, in order to prevent the backflow of the medium.
Adopting an internal rocker arm swing structure, all the opening and closing components of the valve are installed inside the valve body, without penetrating the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used in the middle flange, there are no external leakage points overall, eliminating the possibility of valve leakage.
The connection between the rocker arm and the valve disc of the swing check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, allowing the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within a 360 degree range and appropriate micro position compensation. The fully open design can meet the passage of cleaning balls and facilitate pipeline maintenance. We can provide two main series: soft seal and hard seal.
Suitable for pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries. Applicable media include water, oil, steam, acidic media, and low-temperature media.
For pipelines with high pressure, larger diameter, and higher medium head, a heavy hammer slow closing check valve can be selected. It is based on the swing check valve and adds a heavy hammer device and a hydraulic actuator with a hydraulic cylinder.
The heavy hammer slow closing check valve can effectively reduce the damage caused by the water hammer pressure when stopping the pump, play an effective protective effect, and achieve reliable cut-off of the pipeline.
Structural features:
1. The valve body and valve cover are cast, connected by bolts and nuts in the middle, and sealed with a spiral wound gasket (made of stainless steel wire clamp and flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, metal ring connections can also be used.
2. When the pressure levels are 900lb, 1500lb, and 2500lb, the middle chamber can adopt a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, with high reliability.
3. The swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure, and all the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body, without penetrating the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket or sealing ring used at the middle flange, there are no external leakage points on the whole, eliminating the possibility of valve leakage.
4. The valve disc rotates around the pin axis outside the valve seat to reduce violent impact during closure.
5. The connection between the rocker arm and the valve disc of the swing check valve adopts a spherical connection structure, allowing the valve disc to have a certain degree of freedom within a 360 degree range and appropriate micro position compensation.
6. The sealing pair is advanced and reasonable, and the sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are welded with alloy steel or hard alloy, which has good resistance to high temperature, corrosion, and abrasion, and a long service life.
7. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing forms can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
8. For pipelines with high pressure, larger diameter, and higher medium head, a heavy hammer slow closing check valve can be selected to effectively reduce the damage caused by water hammer pressure during pump shutdown, delay the valve disc closing time, and protect the sealing surface.
